What is the current cost of the Fantasmic package?

I know there used to be a fixed cost for HBD and MM but am I correct in thinking there is now no fixed or minimum charge and you just order off the menu? For H&V I assume you pay the regular price for the buffet.

There's still a fixed price charged at Mama Melrose. It appears only Brown Derby may have a la carte pricing.
