What is the cheapest way to move from a Universal Orlando resort to a WDW resort?

We rented a car. I believe it was through Alamo and we dropped it off at the Swan/Dolphin. We also used it to make a grocery run.

I think Hertz is in the lobby of the Royal Pacific , and possibly Shade of Green for drop off at WDW? We took a cab the last time, but that was in 2010~ It was pricey at $45 but time is money when in Orlando lol...so we went with the quickest plan. Darcy has a good point about the grocery run tho. If you take Turkey Lake,(just hang a left off of Hollywood Way where the new Cabana Bay resort is. Cross Sand Lake and about a mile down WalMart is on your right on the way( and you get to dodge I4 which I do as often as possible.) Lucky for us now DD lives there so when we fly in a car is at the ready!:thumbsup2

Uber? I know they can't pick up at MCO but they are everywhere else in Orlando from what I've heard.

We've used Happy Limo to charter a town car to/from Universal to our Disney resort for about $45 (check on mousesavers.com for discount codes).

You can also rent a town car charter from Tiffany Town car for $55 and it includes a free 30 min. grocery stop.

We took a taxi and it was about $40 in 2012 to go from Universal to OKW.

I know mears will take you for $50-$60 depending on what you rent to get you there.
