I can't find this info anywhere on their website. It is telling me I have to pay for my stay in full. What if I want to modify my stay or change the dates. Is there a window of time that I can do that? Is this a matter of once your booked there's no turning back? :goodvibes

I want to book right now so please help me quick! The 17th of July is already sold out for what I want.
Thanks!

In the Disneyland brochure it gives the following info..

cancelation more than 30 --10% cost of holiday charge
30 to 8 Days--35% charge
7-3--75% Of holiday charge.

Also states if you whant to make chages to holiday you can do this 30 days before holiday without being charged and can only be done by phone.
after the 30 days you may be charged an admentment fee if the holiday cost less than the orginal one.

7 days before may be treated as a cancelation if the date of arrival is changed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write all this out for me! :goodvibes

I have just received the booking conditions with my booking conformation for my first visit to Disneyland Paris in June 2006. The cancellation charges for visitors from the Netherlands differ from the ones given by wideeyes. For cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date there is no cancellation charge.
30 - 8 days 25%
7 - 3 days 75%
2 - arrival 100%
Perhaps the booking conditions for bookings from the USA are also different. I tried to find the booking conditions for bookings from the USA by filling out a dummy booking but there was no link for clicking on the booking conditions like on the Dutch and the UK site.

I never thought of that. I guess I'll have to go back on their site and find it. I did not see a link either and that's why I posted here on the DIS. Seems like it should be spelled out more clearly.

Thanks for the persepective! :goodvibes

Hard to believe, but I went to book our stay at DLP last night and it did not work. I got all the way through the booking process and even after I put in my credit card info there was still no where to click for booking conditions!!???

There was even a place to check off that you had read the booking conditions but no link at all to them!! I was so frustarted I just went ahead and agreed. The next screen said there was some difficulty with my transaction and to call them with confirmations # which they gave me. Guess waht, nowhere on the page was any phone number. I also searched their website and could not find one phone number! Very annoying.

I thought the website for WDW was bad. In coparison to the DLP one it seems wonderful!

Thanks for letting me vent! :goodvibes

Sometimes if you have pop-up blocker then the site can be difficult to navigate.
Hopefully you'll get it worked out :goodvibes

The person my husband spoke to (Margirite) was wonderful.
