The Block Party Bash could be called Pixar on Parade.

I think that DCA, at least on weekdays (M-Th) right now closes at 6 pm. Since the parade starts at 5:15, DCA basically closes after the parade.

Its a parade. It makes 2 or 3 stops along a route in DCA. When it stops they play loud music and dance. There are a lot of pixar characters as well as dancers. They get children out of the crowd to dance with them. At the end they shoot out small nerf balls for the kids. It is running at 5:15, and DCA closes at 6 on weekdays. That is why people are talking about leaving after it is over.
