That depends on whether you're staying onsite or offsite and also whether you are able to get some kind of discount code. Too many factors come into play.

There are times when it's more affordable to book a room-only discount and buy your passes from a ticket reseller. Then there are other times when Disney puts together a very attractive package discount.

my only issue with booking them together is I relized I am paying for things I don't want cuse magic your way is adomaticly added. And magic Disneys way is not always my way

You're not paying any extra for the "Magic Your Way" package. It's just their basic room & ticket package, plus some freebies. It includes:

Room accommodations of your choice
Magic Your Way Base Ticket
Disney's PhotoPass certificate for one 5 X 7 photo
Planet Hollywood® certificate ($15)
Disney's miniature golf certificate (One round per room)
Sea Raycers offer (30 extra mins when you buy 60)
Disney arcade card (30 minutes)
Commemorative luggage tag

So basically, if you book your room & tickets separately, you will pay the same amount (unless you can find tickets cheaper elsewhere) but you don't get the arcade card, photopass certificate, etc.

I voted seperate but only under this condition - if you are paying full rack rate for a room it would be cheaper to purchase your tickets through a broker. If Disney is offering any type of room or package discount it could go either way depending on number of people, number of nights and resort.
Really there is no one size fits all answer, you have to run the numbers for all options (and trust me - I do)!

I did not relize that txs I thought it was all extra
