get from WDW to IOA without renting a car(age problems).-taxis, buses etc.?

We used Tiffany Town car to take us from All Star Sports to IOA and it cost $60 round trip.
Was great.

We spent the day at the parks, returned to CBR to retrieve our luggage at around 9:00 pm and then had them call us a cab. I think it cost us about $35.
