What is the best way to get your picture with Elvis Billy?

I've seen people ask the food service workers to get the Billy's (like to take a picture) directly after the show, and they usually do. I would think that's the best option.

We lucked out and walked upon him in Adventureland once! He was nice and stopped to talk to us and took a picture when we asked. I love the Billy's!
