What is the best way to get from the airport to your hotel?

Is it a cab, Mears (I've heard some bad things about them), or Tiffany or something else? We always just take a cab, but I was wondering if there was a better, cheaper way. We don't care about what it looks like, just quick and cheap.

It's really a matter of preference. I prefer TownCar, cuz the price is good, I don't have to drive and I get right to my hotel.

If you are staying onsite after 5/1 you can try the Disney Magical Express which is offering free transportation to wdw resorts. You will stop at one or two other resorts, but they will take care of your luggage so you don't have to wait at the airport.
