I went to DCL website and searched through every category available for my sailing. Is this the best way to determine capacity accuartely? I counted 84 open rooms for September 3, 2016 Fantasy sailing.

I would love to hear if anyone has figured out a way to do that yet too. You can get the number of categories available from cruisefish.net but there is no way to tell the number of rooms. The DCL website only lists 8 available rooms for each category. You used to be able to enter a room number directly to see if it was available but you can't do that on the new website :(
It makes it really tough when trying to coordinate multiple rooms/locations.

There may be other ways, but the way I do it is this. I go to a travel website that I probaby can't name here specifically, but let's say it is dedicated to cruises . I fill in the search stuff, month, cruise line, itinerary, departure port, select my sailing and act like I'm going to book with number of people and my zip code. You can get through to a screen that shows the prices and categories, and when you select a category it gives you a list of open cabins and the deck plan showing where they are. I do this about once a week keeping tabs of cabins I am targeting hoping for an upgrade opportunity at port.
