We obviously will be going to Magic Kingdom and I'd like to hit Animal Kingdom for a day or at least 1/2 day. This is our first trip to WDW so it's all new to us with kids ( I haven't been in years myself)

So are there any rides that a child that is 35 inches tall and under age 2 can do?

Check out the Disney Passporter. It has a break down of each park and rates each attraction in terms of Family,Tween, Kid and Baby friendly. It also lets you know if something is too scary for a certain age and what their experience was with it. It tells you the best places to view different show, Illuminations/Wishes etc. They let you know where there are playgrounds and places to take kids that lets them get out of the stroller or let go of hands and let them run and play for a while on their own. It's been VERY helpful to me! It also has a map of each park and touring plans based on if you are with kids or not. It's really worth it!!!

good luck!!! Have a GREAT time!! princess: :wizard:

Thanks I'm new here so where is the Disney Passporter? Sounds like a very good tool!

I don't own a Passporter but from what I've read on these boards the past year it is a great tool, guidebook. I know the other day I was at Borders and they had the Disney Passporter Scavenger Hunt book. It looked really cool, so if the original Passporter is anything like it it sounds like it would be great! As far as I know kids with a parent can do all of the rides in fantasyland at the Magic Kingdom. It's mostly the thrill rides that have the 40" requirement as far as I know. My parents took me when I was 2 and 4 (now 20) and as far as I know (from tapes and stories and faint memories lol) we were able to ride a lot of the rides. Have an awesome trip!

If you go to Amazon.com you'll be able to at least see what they look like. They are a guidebook/journal/scrapbook/organizer...there is a deluxe version that comes in a three ring binder leather book-ish version and there there is the spiral bound version, which I have. I love mine!! They are so colorful and informative. There are little pockets in which to keep things...whatever scrap/keepsake like things you might collect along the way. You can organize your whole trip from beginning to end and personalize it for your trip!! It really has been an invaluable tool for planning my honeymoon! I wish they had a Passporter for St.Thomas! (the second week of my honeymoon!!!)

If you go to www.passporter.com you'll be able to read all about it. Once you buy a passporter you register at the website and you get updates and news that you can add to your passporter. It's GREAT!!! Mine cost about $26.00 I think, but it has been SO worth it!!! I got mine at Borders, you can also get them online. MIne was the last one on the shelf!!!

I highly reccommend it!!! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2
