Hi, my parents are using their time share for our family to go to Disney and I want to pay for a surprise romantic dinner for them. I am looking for something that is not in the parks but maybe at one of the resorts. The reason for the location is they are going to be doing more sightseeing of FL and not really going to the parks(GASP I know!!)...
Thanks!

Artist Point is in the beautiful Wilderness Lodge. It is quiet and elegant without being too fancy, and is great for an adult-only choice.

My DH and I LOVED Narcoossee's at the Grand Floridian. We both love lobster, and they had really great lobster there! They also have steak and other seafood options, I think. The service was excellent as well. Our meal was very relaxed (many restaurants in the parks try to rush you through your meal), as our waitress gave us plenty of time to enjoy each course.

Ultimate On Property - Resort Based is V&A.

After that, then I'd step into either Citricos or Jiko.

From there, pretty much any of the major signature restaurants at the resorts with the least favorite being Narcossees.

Another Narcossee's suggestion. My DH and I love eating here. Not only is the food wonderful but the view is lovely and the service top notch!

After Victoria & Albert's which is very expensive and not everyone's "cup of tea", I would choose Jiko.
It is a beautiful, quiet, adult oriented restaurant with delicious food, warm friendly servers and a great wine list.
Good Luck

100% agree..........

Citricos at GF was very nice and classy. The food was good too.

Top of the Contemporary Resort ; restaurant - food or drinks

Next vote would be any restaurant at Grand Floridian

I also agree.

California Grill atop the Contemporary Resort. Watching the fireworks? Very romantic. But I am a little biased. I got engaged there, and had my wedding reception dinner there.

+1 for Jiko, its ambiance is great! Perfect for a romantic dinner. Though prices are high end but the food is excellent. I think your parents will definitely enjoy. Good luck!

Citrico's and if you are by the window it even better.

Citrico's
Narcoossee's
California Grill

I didn't find Jiko to be all that romantic and the food wasn't as good as Citrico's or the CG.

Others here have mentioned the Blue Zoo at the Swan/Dolphin (forget which one exactly)

It's a tradition for DH & I to go to Narcoossee's for our anniversary. Timed with the fireworks, it's very romantic and the food and service is fantastic.

Narcoosees at the Grand Floridian is great and the location is spectacular, right on the water, etc. Blue Zoo is also a great spot.
