What is the BEST rate you got at Courtyard Downtown Disney?

I posted on the budget board but thought you guys might be able to help me out more...

I have been looking at the rate $20.02 and I LOVE it but can't go till next year.

Has a rate like this come up every year or is this a one time deal?

If not, when have the rates been for? What time of year? Is it always Sun.-Thurs.?

Please let me know if you liked it once you got there...

The current 20.02 bargain runs out the very day I hoped to arrive. What are the chances of a bargain rate beginning Oct 3?

I do know that past bargains have been the same days as this. But, if you ask, you will find a special rate for weekends too. (Regular rack rate is $99-$129. Right now if you do the $20 weeknight rate, you can ask for a $69 rate for weekend nights. But, you gotta ask, otherwise, they charge you the standard weekend rate!)
