What is the best hotel in the world any budget?

Too many around the world to pick the best but I've found Four Seasons are always consistent as far as service and rooms.

There are way too many hotels for me to pick from. I usually stay at budget hotels when I travel. There are a few exceptions to that rule. I am in love with the Venetian and the Palazzo in Las Vegas. This is my favorite hotel in California. https://www.terranea.com/ The coolest hotel I've stayed at in Europe was in Santa Margherita Italy. The Imperial Palace Hotel.
