I don't think I've ever had dinner theater food that I would classify above a "bad wedding" level in Orlando. It's good enough, it fills you up, and it doesn't take away from the fun of the evening. That's the best that can be said.
I've been to Capone's, Pirate's, Medieval Times, Wonderworks Comedy and Magic Show, Hoop De Doo, (and a few murder mysteries in Orlando whose names escape me), and I was never "impressed" by the food. Some are better, some are worse. I would pick the entertainment you think you'll like the most and go with that.

If you ask my kids and spouse (who loved the cost), this was the best Orlando dinner theater we've ever been to...but it's not if money is no object. It's a 90 minute event with a very fun 45 minute magic/comedy show with a good brownie dessert, literal cafeteria salad, and reasonably-decent-for-Florida pizza seated at cafeteria tables - not a food experience to write home to mom about
