What is the appeal of the Maiden Voyage on the Disney Wish???

We are on a cruise with a stop in Israel in November. Now my sister wants to rebook....

We had been booked on a cruise that was to stop in Israel and Egypt quite a few years ago. Those stops were withdrawn, we decided to cancel. Now, we are booked on a Celebrity Cruise for fall 2022 with stops in Israel. I wonder if it will sail. We were supposed to go last year as well.

I'm sure it will sail. Whether you stop at Isreal is the unknown. I have family members that have been to Isreal a few times, but the timing has to be right. Cruise lines also tend to be overly cautious.

I could be wrong but a back to back would give you 7 nights for the same price/a better price?

Yes, but it also gives you the same menus and shows each cruise. It was something we didn't care for on a B2B. Also, you have to get up and off and then the first day is strange and you have to do another LB drill. Definitely gives you more days but there are disadvantages as well.

I know that for a lot of people, keeping the same room is an incentive.... but you can always switch cruiseship/cruise lines. (I know some of us enjoy different cruise lines... I, for myself, wouldn’t hate doing that.)

We were on Fantasy MV - by accident since the dates were changed and our reservation was honored - and it was a special cruise. I hope to be on the Wish MV too, but I doubt anyone past the first few tiers has a chance.

Just think about all those that thought they were going to be on the MV..... It's tough to hit production targets in normal times.
