For purchasing... I'd like to make my downpayment Wednesday...To I make my DP before or after I fill out the paperwork? AT what point do I get in the system..Does the paperwork come by mail and get returned by mail?
CAn you tell I'm excited
One last question...How much does an AP cost for an owner ,and do only owners get the discounted rate? Can I buy my kids AP's at the discounted rate?

Unless things have changed to get the ball rolling you need to put $500 down. In a few days or so you will get a package from FedEx with all the paperwork for you to sign and get notorized. That will be sent back with your deposit or you may place a deposit by CC before hand. If you buy through Disney you will get in the system in about 24 hours from the initial deposit. On the AP, owners get, I believe, $100 off. Its a very good deal if you will be using it 8 or more times. The kids can also get dicounted AP's as well as long as they live in the same household. Hopefully others will add to your question if things have changed......

I think your down money depends on the number of points you get????
The AP for adults are $334 & under 10 years old $294. Both are deep discounts. The premium AP's include the water parks & Pleasure Island are $434 & $382.

Honestly, the pics don't do it justice.. The one BR is quite spectacular...I'd love to add on some points at WLV too

Buying from Disney process.
1. 10% downpayment required. So, whatever number of points you are buying times $104 and take 10% of that number. You can put this right on a credit card.
2. Are you going to finance through Disney, if yes, your guide will take the credit application over the phone right away.
3. You will have to decide between the cash discount or the double developer points.
4. You will have to decide which UY you want. I think for AK they are offering April 07 and probably June 07.
5. Once complete you'll get your full package via FedEx.
6. In the package you will have your member number and you can make reservations immediately.
7. Sign everything. You will need some things notary'd (sp?) and return it via the prepaid FedEx envelope.
8. Your done and a member.

Good Luck

We are getting 160 pts at AKl and taking the developer points...I believe the DP is 1664 and some change..When we toured 2 weeks ago the use year was Feb,but I think it's now March .
Anyone know which CRA they use..For some reason I have on buereau that gives me a much lower credit score.

Feb and March UY at AKV are gone. Based on what people are posting here that have bought over the last week. They appeared to have been relatively limited supply, so April I think is what you would get today.

Your DP will be $1,664.00 (No Change :))

Equifax is whom I got the notice from and the credit score report after they ran our credit. We used Disney's money to get it through quicker, but will pay the loan off after everything closes and a couple of things happen on our side. I don't think the Disney interest rate is going to change too much, if the score is low, they may ask for more deposit, but your guide will assist you.

The Feb UY, the double developer points and a full 50 year was too much to pass on.

Our guide told us today that those with lower credit scores might be subject to a higher interest rate. Sometimes up to 14%. Which isn't too bad consdering the interest rate for those with good credit is in the high 10% range. That being said, years ago a friend of mine bought in and had horrific credit and still got the lower interest rate.

Good luck! We just added on at AKV today. :goodvibes

I think I'll get preferred ,especially if they check equifaq... Experian hates me for some reason and it has the exact same things as my other 2 reports.

Jenny - don't you just love AKV? I agree, those one bedrooms = .
We can't wait to say there!!

My better half looked at it and said it looked like a flintstones house... He meant the kitchen table, which is really cool looking
