What is "records management contract for immigration?"

Apparently "The SCOT Project, a records management contract for immigration" is looking for a PT General File Clerk.

What exactly is that? A general file clerk sounds like something I could do, with my experience, however, I'm not exactly sure what "records management contract for immigration" means.

Anyone know?

I imagine it's filing the million tons of paperwork that gets mailed into the immigration bureau every day. Maybe keying it into a database, too?
