What is Photopass??

Hi everyone! I have a very stupid question for you. What exactly is Photopass? Do you have to be staying in a resort to use it? We are heading down on the 24th, but are staying off site. We've got a camera, but would like some family pictures with all of us in it! What are the costs?

In addition to buying prints at the parks or online at home, you can now get a CD w/ all of your photopass photos on it for $99 and w/ that cd comes the copyright release so you can print them at Target, CVS, etc.
