Just curious to know what you all put on top of your tree. Mine has an angel right now, but I remember growing up my mom used to rotate each year, one year and angel, one year a star and one just a tree topper made of glass.

Mine is a star made of grapevine w/ red berries and a few green leaves, its a natural look....no lights nothing shiny on it.

A beautiful white angel, trimmed in gold holding a candle that lights up.

Ours is new this year.........it's a teddy bear angel in a gold dress & soooooooo cute;)

Probably some dust :teeth: - and a really old plastic tree topper that looks metallic. It's not really a star, I can't describe it. It's pretty pitiful looking actually, but I remember we used it every Christmas when I was growing up. My parents were going to toss it out and I just couldn't let them, so now it's our tree topper.

On our Disney tree we have Cinderella and on the family room tree we have a fiber optic angel that my Mom bought for us several years ago.

I voted other. My Mom purchased a Santa Mickey for me years ago and I always put it on the top of the tree and remember her!:)

I have a big ole fuzz thing that looks like it might be an angel. My mom insisted on giving it to me, and my kids wanted it instead of the pretty star I bought.

All on her own, my 5 year old dd made a four pointed star out of paper, crayons, and tape to put on the top of the tree. It is so cute!

An angel.....but it's a bit different...and we love it.
It's a Taz angel wearing a biker jacket :teeth: He's so cute ;)

Nothing yet. I ordered Santa Mickey from the Disney Catalogue. Just waiting for it to arrive to put it up there. The tree topper has always been a problem for us. We had an angel holding 2 "candles" for the first few years - but then her candles wouldn't light up any more. Then I made an angel - wasn't real happy with her. Bought an Old World Santa - wasn't pleased with that one either. In desperation, I bought a gold metal angel. So we are looking forward to Santa Mickey!

An angel that has to be 30 yrs old. (at least). Its really not very pretty, etc, but it is a tradition and I would miss it if it were not there. When DS and wife came home from FL in Jan last year, we kept the tree up until they came over for "Christmas" dinner, and we opened presents, etc just as if it were the 25th. He commented on the angel, saying he always remembered her, and if I ever wanted to replace her, he would take her to put on his tree. I know she would have a good home, but he's not gettin' her:p

Mickey Santa hat!! So cute! Way back in '97 DBF and I were young and poor we put up our first tree and could not afford many ornaments. But we had a santa hat and we topped the tree with it. It was beautiful and special to us! So the tradition continued and we bought a kids Santa Mickey hat in Dec 2000 at WDW!

We always had a lighted white snowflake as our topper but then 2 yrs ago my DD announced she would like to have an angel. So we changed it to a gold & white angle.

We have Mickey. I wanted to put up a star but DH only wants Mickey. Oh well.
