What is offered at the refillable mug areas?

Hi,

What are the choices when filling the mugs at the resorts. I'm not a soda/pop/tonic - whatever you want to call it - drinker. My husband and I do drink Coffee and Tea but are there any juices - lemonade or fruit punch?

Just trying to see if they are really worth it for us.

I don't drink soda either but did purchase one of the mugs on my last visit to the WL and used it many, many times.

At the WL there was coffee and tea, as well as real brewed iced tea (as opposed to the fountain "Nastea" as I call it at the park CS locations). I think there was also lemonade (maybe light lemonade?) as one of the fountain drinks if you don't like carbonated drinks.

There is no juice as far as I know except I believe I've read that one of the values had apple juice on their beverage station (maybe POP?).

Also, there are other uses for the mugs which in my opinion "add value":

You can take them to the parks and transfer your cold (or hot) beverages to them to keep them cold (or hot) longer.
In the parks you can also get a cup of ice at a CS location, pour it into your mug, and fill the mug at a sink or water fountain
They are great if you have beverages in your room. I hate making cocktails in those tiny glasses they leave in hotel rooms.

Thanks! I had not thought of the other uses. We are going to be staying at WL as well. Glad to hear they have real iced tea vs. the fake stuff they try to pass off as tea

I saw my daughter's teacher with one the other day. I guess I won't mind using it as my travel mug when I get home as well!

Keep in mind that they are only $12. Thats roughly 4-6 drinks total.

And you get to bring them home after.

Well worth it.

Does anyone know if they have tea/coffee for these mugs in the All Stars? I'll be mortified if I can't get my cup of tea before bed

Either way, I'll be getting them, they saved us a fortune last time we went.

We came back from WDW 3 Feb.

At POFQ, BC Marketplace, AKL they also have a selection of teas @ the soda bar. I did see rootbeer & light lemonade, too. Decaf coffee, coffee and of course coke & diet coke & water.
The extras were: sugar, Sweet 'n' Low, Equal & Splenda; cream, sometimes milk & sometimes lemon.

I got Earl Grey, English Breakfast & Green teas. I would use the hot water brew a few bags (I love strong tea) then add ice.
You can also make your own iced coffee!

In the case of BCV I just took a few bags upstairs to brew. Or would take my super strong brewed refillable mug upstairs, pour into the provided pitcher add ice & pop into fridge. Saved trips to the soda bar. This also works for iced coffee

You could also pack a few tea bags with you & use w/ the supplied hot water.

I am a huge tea lover-never drink coffee and try to limit the soda intake. At my stays at both CBR(very near the food court) and WL on one my fav things to do was head over to the bev station for a hot steaming cup of earl grey tea at the end of a long day in the parks. We used the mugs all the time. They are well worth it and a nice,usuable souvenir for when you get back home.

At Pop Century they have frozen slushes. Coca Cola flavored and I think Blue Raspberry. You can use your refillable mugs for these.

Pop Century had applejuice at the beverage station. ( I only remember this because I paid the $2.99 for the bottle and then realized I could have filled up my refillable mug)!

They also had the typical coke products including fanta, hot chocolate and coffee.

Not sure on the other resorts!

I am not sure if this is offered at the other Resort beverage stations, but at Captin Cook's in the Polynesian they had Coke Zero as a drink option.
