What is not included with Express Pass?

We are headed to Portofino this June and wondering what is not included with the express passes so we can plan to go there in the morning.

2. Pteranodon Fliers (only for kids anyways)
3. Ollivanders wand show
4. Bourne Stuntacular
5. Volcano Bay (VB has it's own EP that you can buy separately)
6. VelociCoaster when it opens, presumably
