I absolutely swear to God that we heard the horn tooting (which I originally thought was the train whistle), and then the famous hooowwwling of the HM. We could not believe our ears. This was early in the morning, by the way. We were on the first floor of rooms directly above (one in from the end) the new convention center. This was in 1992 and we were both away from our young families (husbands in charge).
Even though the theming of the Contemporary is not to my liking, the large rooms, fantastic views and those "push-up" ice cream pops they call trees lit up at night made me a true believer in the Contemporary Resort!
