I''m sure this has been asked before, but what is Illuminations?

I have to agree it's fabulous. 15 minutes long and I was absolutely awestruck by the show and the accompanying music, it takes place from the lake in Epcot. We videoed it in 2000 and you can hear all the people around saying WOW over and over again

Imagine fire, water, lasers, firworks, beautiful music, set among a large globe that glides along the water, displays imagines on hundreds of LCD screens, rotates, opens and shoots fire balls and fireworks!
Not to be missed. Just don't stand down wind.
