What is II Exchange?

Can someone tell me what the II exchange is for the Vacation Club? I have read people who have used the II exchange, but have no idea what it is.

In your DVC Member Guidebook, read about the World Passport Collection. Interval International (II) is the company that facilitates most World Passport Collection exchanges.

DVC uses Interval International to make its exchanges as everyone mentioned above. You'll discover you need a full week's worth of points to trade for any of their locations.

Interval International is a timeshare exchange company. DVC's participation with them gives members the ability to exchange for one week at other timeshares across the world. The usual cost is a $75 exchange fee plus generally OKW points for the same size unit. DVC only uses about 300 of the 1800 or so Interval resorts.
