What is Fun Vacation Network WDW cards?

On Raise there are Fun Vacation Network WDW gift cards that are 20% off. Are these like normal Disney GC? Can I use them to say buy food or souvenirs at the parks, or pay my on board charges on DCL?

On Raise there are Fun Vacation Network WDW gift cards that are 20% off. Are these like normal Disney GC? Can I use them to say buy food or souvenirs at the parks, or pay my on board charges on DCL?

I believe it is a travel agency in which you must only use the gift cards to make purchases though them.
