What is current point price?

We are thinking of adding-on and wondering what the current price per point is. Also how much is the maint fee per pt? What resorts can you buy points at now? Are there any deals?

The current selling price is $80 per point. The only resort that's consistently available all use years is Beach Club. HH has a couple of use years available (April and June I believe). VB is nearly sell out but not sure if all use years are available or not. WLV may have a few points left here and there. The only deal is the Magical Beginnings where you sell back point to DVC but you still pay the dues or at least a prorated portion of the points you sell back. At BCV, you get $5 per point in return, $10 at HH and $15 at VB; last I heard. There are waiting lists for the use years and other resorts that are "sold out" which you can access through your guide.

Of course you can always look resale giving you more options though the savings might be meager when you add in the closing costs you will pay on the resale. I don't have the current list of dues but it ranges from around $3.22 at OKW to about $4.17 at VB with HH, WLV, BCV and BWV in between (in that order of lowest to highest). Do a search of the board, there are threads that address the issue. I'm sure someone has the exact list.
