What is being constructed in front of CityWalk?

I was just at CityWalk on December 1st, and saw some construction just outside. It looks like they're building more theme stuff. Anyone know what this is?

I believe it's a movie-themed miniature golf course, so yes, you are probably correct in saying that it's the house from Beetlejuice

The courses look ok for now, but I just am not sold on the placement of them. YES, I know Citywalk and Universal don't have a lot of extra room to deal with...but seeing mini-golf as the first thing upon your arrival to the parks just seems too cheesy to me.

I enjoy mini golf, but its not exactly what I think of as the first thing I want to encounter on my way to the parks.
