At a restaurant...spinach artichoke dip (there is a small town restaurant in our town that makes the best ever).

For home parties, I love corn dip. 8oz bag shredded cheddar, 1 can white corn (drained), 3/4 cup miracle whip and 3/4 cup sour cream. Mix together and serve with corn chips. If I had known the ingredients, I would have never tried it...but now it is one of my favorites.

Won Ton Sausage Appetizers

1 pkg won ton wrappers
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 sm. can chopped black olives, drained
1/2 c. chopped green peppers, opt.
green onion, finely chopped, opt.
1 lb susage, browned & drained (I use Jimmy Dean 50% less fat)

press won ton wrappers into mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes (until crisp). Mix all remaining ingredients together. Fill shells & place back in oven until the cheese is melted.

Very, very good!!!

have two of them:

Sausage Dip:

Brown up 1 tube of Jimmy Dean Sausage and drain
In bowl heat up 1 brick of cream cheese..just until soft
In same bowl, mix in sausage and diced tomatoes with the cream cheese.
Serve with chips or cracker. MMmm


Taco Dip

In bowl, mix 1 big and 1 small sour cream, 1 brick of cream cheese and 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip (powdered) mix
Spread on platter
Layer chopped scallions (I use 1 bunch), 2 chopped tomatoes, and 2 chopped green peppers.
On top of that - put as much cheese as you want.

Serve with chips or crackers...

Seafood stuffed mushrooms and tuna salad stuffed jalapenos are the best! I also like the little sausages in barbecue sauce and salmon salad on mini toast.
