What is a Zebra Dome?

It is a dessert at AKL Boma... (maybe Jiko too)

It is a dome shaped pastry... with vanilla/chocolate icing on top hence looking like a zebra... and I think it has a cream filling.

I guess like an african version of a Napoleon?

I saw them - but did not try them, my heart belongs to the pinapple cheesecakes =)

A dome of Chocolate Kaluah Mousse with white vanilla stripes on top and a cookie (or some other tasty item) crust on the bottom. They are very good but don't fill up on them because there are a llot of good desserts.
