What is a Yogurt Parfait? And what snacks are available at Captain Cook's - Poly?

Does anyone have pics of the snacks/snack menu at Captain Cook's at Poly? What can you get for a snack credit in the morning and throughout the day?

Also, whatexactly is a "yogurt parfait?" Is it a sweet/dessert (like frozen yogurt) or is it made with real yogurt? Where can we get this?

Hi,

A yougurt parfait is usually yogurt (plain or flavored) layered with fresh fruit and sometimes granola. A good breakfast or snack, if you ask me!

We've used snack credits for cinnamon rolls, danishes, etc.

If you use a counter service for breakfast, you can get a ham & cheese croissant with a breakfast pastry and two drinks.

Yes, but I noticed last time that they don't seem to put fresh fruit into it anymore. It was a kind of fruit puree. Great if you mix it all together but you might want to avoid getting a spoon of undiluted puree in your mouth if you don't like a sugar kick first thing in the morning - it is SWEET! Great breakfast item though. I have never used a CS credit for breakfast so I don't know if that would form part of a meal, but it is IMO, a good use of a snack credit. Most if not all resort foodcourts have the yogurt parfaits in the serve yourself fridges so they are available all day.
