What is a "low back" lawn chair (for lawn seats at a concert pavilion)?

We have lawn seats at a concert pavilion, and it says, "Low back lawn chairs" are allowed. What constitutes a "low back lawn chair"? Are they talking about the beach kind of chair that are low to the ground? Or would the folding chair-in-a-bag kind of seats OK?

There are some traditional folding lawn chairs (like the pair I have) that have a higher back. Being 5'1", the top of my head is just above the top of the chair's back. They could cause an obstructed view for other concert-goers if the seating area is flat. I would think your chairs would be okay. I've seen them at outdoor shows we've attended.
