What is a good way to thank a CM?

I haven't even gotten to WDW yet, but I already would like to thank a CM (and the WDW Florists) for going over and above their call of duty for helping me... What's a good way to show my appreciation?

A great way (really one of the best ways) is to report the great service to Guest Relations or to a WDW exec (like Al Weiss). You can submit a comment in person at Guest Relations, or you can write or e-mail. Addresses are available on the DIS, just search for "Disney Addresses"
