What is a good time to go to Beaches and Cream?

After reading these boards and the wonderful reports about Beaches and Cream, I can't wait to try it! We have our vouchers too! Is the place busy all of the time? No PS's right? Would you recommend early or late lunch or early or late dinner? What time is best?

To be honest, it really depends on the day. An Early lunch would be the best way to avoid a wait, B&C opens at 11AM. I've seen people waiting as early at 11:30 though, so don't wait too long! I've also waited over 30 minutes at 5PM for an early dinner, but last week, I walked right in during prime dinner hours, 6:30. Just pick a time that you think will work best, and just plan on having a wait. If you don't have to, consider it a bonus.

You can also order at the take out counter and sit outside if it is full. There are some tables outside the fenced-in area of SAB. We tried to grab dessert after eating dinner at the YC and the CM said the wait was 30-40mins. NoWayJose were we skipping dessert. We found a table outside, ordered from the takeout counter and relaxed.

We went once for an early lunch and didn't have to wait. We are looking forward to going back and trying the kitchen sink!

What can you get from the take out counter? Can we order our meals and then eat outside? Is it just ice cream for take out? Thank you!

If you check out the menus at allearsnet.com you'll find both the eat in and take out menus listed. The take out is fairly extensive and you can get a lot of what is on the eat in menu (burgers, sandwiches and ice creams). When we're staying at BCV this fall, I plan on ordering from the take out menu and taking it back to our room for a quiet dinner!

Oh good! I thought that the take out was just ice cream! We will be at the BWV's......maybe we can do that too. I just hope the icecream won't melt on the way back!
