Hi, we will be going to WDW soon, and are wondering what is a good bag for DH? He usually uses a fanny pack, but this year we are thinking something bigger (mini bookbag in a way) something that he could fit clothes in. If you have any ideas please share, or what your DH/you use, would be greatly appreciated!:goodvibes

Check out disneystore.com. They have had messenger type bags on sale at a really good price.

I checked the site and the messenger type bags I was looking at before are no longer there. Sorry!

My DH has always used a LL Bean backpack - it's very durable, has great pockets and he doesn't mind carrying it. We can also sling it over the stroller for a bit of relief. We've used it as a diaper bag for traveling for years, and now it's our snack and "assorted items" bag.

I used to use a backpack or fanny pack to carry my stuff. The backpack made my back sweat which was uncomfortable. The fanny pack was a pain to keep taking on and off when I was going on rides. Now I use a Healthy Back Bag that I got at Sierra Trading Post dot com. I call it my man-purse. It has many pockets inside and out that keeps my stuff well organized. It even has an outside water bottle pouch. It comes in different sizes and colors. I don't remember if the one I bought is the large or extra large size. As far as carrying clothes goes, I can fit a rain jacket in it along with my other stuff. I hope this helps.

The string backpacks--you can find them in any color or sports theme--are light as a feather and pack alot. we honestly forget we have them "on"!

I saw you post several times about "what camera should I buy?" in other sections. Check out Lowepro bags. They are a bit pricey, but I've had a lowepro adventura 140 for two years and it looks new. No ripped seams, no torn fabric, no blown zippers. I keep my DSLR in it. This year I'm moving up to the compuday photo 250. It's a bigger backpack style bag, and will hold my DSLR, as well as my daughters autograph book, and hopefully our ponchos too. Last year my wife and I each had to carry a small bag - one for ponchos.
Of course, if you do buy a big camera, he can lug it around for you.

B and H photo has them pretty cheap. I normally buy everything from amazon, but they didn't have this bag.
I've seen DH used many times here. What the Hell is it? I assume it's something Husband? Disney Husband comes to mind, but makes no sense.

yeah DH usually brings a small jansport backpack or one of those drawstring backpacks.. If he gets annoyed by it, he will occasionally stuff it in a locker, and sometimes when he is nice, he gives my shoulder a break and lets me put my purse inside! :thumbsup2
