We're thinking of skipping MGM this trip because we want to take our first trip to IOA.

What IOA rides most compares to RnR? or do I really really need to get to MGM for this ride? I cannot go down to FL and not ride this type ride.

hrmm for the loops and twists etc the hulk or dueling dragons in IoA.

for the indoors coaster type bit and a themed type storyline then the Mummy in US.

RNR is a head banger. I would put it on par with the Flying Unicorn for smoothness.

Not my favourite coaster but the launch is fun.

In my opinion the coasters at IOA are FAR superior to RNR. I really enjoy RNR, but it just can't compare to the Hulk or Dueling Dragons.

While I love the theming to the RnRc and we must ride it a couple times/trip, the coasters at IOA are far superior in thrill value to RnRc.

Ditto. :thumbsup2
While RnRc has excellent theming and makes for a great indoor coaster, nothing beats The Hulk in my book. The power launch into the spiral...just a great rush. As far as indoor coasters, Universal's closest bet is Mummy.

In agreement with severall pp's, I'd say the Hulk for the "thrill/speed/exhileration" factor & the Mummy is just very, very cool and is of course indoors. I loved RnR too, mostly for the launch, but IOA is going to get you more of the "coaster-fix". :cool2:
