I am working on another planning book for our upcoming trip. I do not carry the whole book with me, just certain things. I was wondering what info you take with you in the parks? examples...park hours, dining reservation numbers, etc

Hello! Well, I have my binder divided into two separate binders. One is the binder I will probably take with me in my carry-on and maybe into the parks. The other has individual file folders for each day so I can just pull them out daily and pop them into the stroller. My main binder has all my planning info: flights, resorts, etc... Now that I think about it, I probably won't take it to the parks with me. My daily folders have my ADR sheets, menus (so we don't have to waste time deciding what to eat in each restaurant), gratuity envelopes, and touring plans. These are all just a backup for what's in my phone though. All pertinent info is in my phone. I have an app that I put my daily information into, so I can just pull up that day's info. In that day's note I have ADR's, confirmation numbers, park hours, tentative itinerary, phone numbers, etc...My phone has everything I need, but like i said, I have a paper copy of everything just in case. I have the Undercover Tourist wait times app too, so I love peeking at that!

I don't think I will need my whole binder in the park b/c it is a lot of info about flights, resort reservations, payments, etc...

Just our reservation times and park times for parades and shows. Blackbeltdisneygirl what is the app you use for entering your daily information called?

The only info. I take with me in the park is the hours guide provided by Disney and our ADR #'s.

I have an app that I use called Mouse Memo. You can put ALL travel info. in it from Flights, toTown Car Rentals, to hotel confirm. to ADRs, etc.

It's called InkPad. It looks kindof like those yellow pads of paper with lines, and you just enter your info in. I miss Word on my Blackberry, so I looked until I found something I could use in the same way. I think I upgraded for like $1.99 to the one without ads. I like it.

I get 4X6 sized index cards- I write anything that I think would be helpful for that park day (my tour plan, ADR confirmation time and #, best viewing spots for parade, etc). Then I take my index cards and put them into a cheapo small photo book that I purchased from the dollar store.

I have a larger binder where I keep everything else- rental car info, hotel confirmation info, adr times and conf. #s, mousekeeping envelopes, etc- but I keep the binder back in the hotel room...:)

Thank you so much! I bought the app last night and it's great!
