Well, I suppose another option would be to make sure you attended the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue on the first night.

Just make sure to bring a couple empty plastic merchandise bags with you to collect a good supply of corn cobs!

Run out!?!? I'm one of those guys for whom 3 rolls is a six-month supply! If I weren't married, I would have no idea why they make 12-packs.

Okay, I feel bad enough that I hijacked this thread (hey, the topic was just begging for a little lightheartedness!), but now, we've officially gone into the "Way Too Much Information" mode!

We have 3 daughters, but I think our one son uses just as much TP as they do! When we stayed at BCV last March we did run out of TP. I told DH to just grab a roll off one of the carts in the hall and that thing was under lock and key! We did get a couple of extra rolls just by asking though! Only dissers could do 2 pages about toilet paper, that's why I get such a kick out of you guys....Lacee

What's the cost of the daily newspaper down there. I'd skip Sunday's. All Sunday newspapers cost too much.

The last time we stayed at VWL we were running out of TP (or so I thought). I couldn't find the back up supply so I called mousekeeping and they brought up a load. The next day I looked into a different cabinet and there must have been 20 rolls. I'm still embarrassed - they must have thought we were stealing it!!

Glad we got to the bottom of this.

Hopefully, with supplies so easily at hand, our vacation should move along with nary a skid.

There is always a housekeeping cart somewhere in the hall. If you can't find a CM just help yourself! If really anxious, buy one of those portable rolls of toilet tissue, they are minus the cardboard, so small enough to carry. I think Charmin makes them. Amtrak uses them, but not Charmin... ouch! I carry one in my purse in case I discover, too late, that the bathroom in a department store is out! EEK!!!!

But, if there's as much advertising as we have here, you'll have enough "paper" for everyone at SSR when it's compeltely built out.
