Just got back on Friday, and this is what I learned....

I needed an afternoon break as much as the kids each day.
I can't ride roller coasters as well as I used to.
Coral Reef Restaurant is not worth the money.
Animal Kingdom will be very crowded for awhile.
My daughter is fearless.
My son is still a "Mama's Boy"
I will always, always overpack.
I will remember this trip forever.
The Swiss Family Treehouse is rather boring.
I don't have a favorite character, I like them all!
Early Bird gets the worm.
Next time I'll eat more snacks, less meals.
The World Showcase is HOT come midafternoon.
Attractions will close with no notice.
It's best to be flexible.
It's better to have a plan first.

Lots of lessons learned, but it does sound like you had a great trip!

Glad you had a great trip, and thanks for your update. I'm wondering about my future with roller coasters also, but; looking forward to EE and my out come . I have heard that AK is really packed, was talking with someone over the weekend that road the ride and had a great time with it, but it was her last time. She is now dropping roller coasters from her ride list.

I learned that....
taking a one year old to Disney is not a bad idea
October is still crowded at the World
MSSSHP is a great experience!
DH is way different there!
I feel free there
DS must ride Dumbo at least 10 times
DH must ride Peter Pan at least 10 times
I must ride Small World at least once ( it is a compulsion)
you need at least 500 dollars to just blow!
Fantasmic is worth the whole trip!
Cinderellas Royal Table is a memory to last a lifetime
Wilderness Lodge is an excellent hotel for kids
I love Disney more each time I go!
