Quaker Oats Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Oatmeal-33% less sugar; 120calories

2 Diet Pomegranate Sparkling Soda; 10calories

Cup of tea with milk and sugar; 30calories

Water

Big hand full of baby carrots; 40calories

Big sandwich with low cal cheese, red bell pepper, lettuce mix, 2 slices of whole wheat bread; 270calories

That's only 470 calories for two meals and a snack.

I'll have more tea, water and veggies for my afternoon snack and then plan a nice dinner and evening snack.

PS: What is your exercise plan for today? I will do 3-5km on my treadmill and do some weights this evening.
 
well for breakfast I had peanut butter on wheat toast, cup of coffee and an apple. That's more than usual b/c i had a long endurance walk to do today, which is done :teeth: I had one 100 calorie GU gel during my walk. For lunch i think i'm going to heat up a lean cuisine and a cup of cappucino with a biscotti from TJ. and that should hold me off until dinner

ps. my walk was 8 miles so i'll eat a little more than usual today
 
Been bad, very bad. My lack of ability to exercise has put me in a mood. For breakfast I had toast and jelly, and a frozen banana. Then I had a lunch-able Jr for snack. It is designed for toddlers, but it suits snacking well. It had turkey, cheese and mini Ritz and a yogurt. Then tuna casserole (240 calories) and another frozen banana. Not all that bad now that a look at it, but it cant be considered good either!:rolleyes1
 
I think writing food and exercise down is a good idea. It validates your plan. Sandra
 

Breakfast was sf/caffeine free French Vanilla Cafe with Benefiber, 100 calorie high fiber english muffin with 1 Tb. peanut butter.

Lunch was Special K with skim milk and 1 serving of Weight Watchers cheddar cheese and a serving of prunes.

I also consumed 48 ozs of water. I would usually have something different for lunch, but have been feeling queasy for a day or two (stomach bug going around and kids have had it) and wanted to eat something kind of plain.

Dinner is going to be a big pile of stir-fried veggies and frozen pierogies. Weigh in is tomorrow, so I will probably have only a small dessert tonight.

Panera Bread Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup, 1 serving
600mg Calcium Plus Vitamin D, 1 serving
One Daily Women's Vitamin, 1 serving

Dinner:
Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 inner leaf
Cooked Cabbage, 0.5 cup
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cup
Ham, 0.5 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16")
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
600mg Calcium Plus Vitamin D, 1 serving
