For those of you not familiar with the initials. UTEE is Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel.

I have started experimenting with UTEE and have come up with some really Kewl effects. I would also like to hear about others experiments.

The other day I used the giant maple leaf punch and punched it out of a whirley orange and green fall paper. I Made 2 more of card stock and layered them together. ( you need a bit more thickness for UTEE). I melted on several layers of clear UTEE and stamped a background stamp into it. The background stamp had the appearance of tree bark and it gave the leaf a vainie look. I then applied perfect pearls into the crevasses of the stamp. It looked so pretty I didn't want to hide it away in one of my scrapbooks, Soooooo......
I got an old CD (I have been playing with them too) and cut it into about a third or less. I covered it with a black swirl mulberry paper and put a few layers of UTEE on it too. I pop dotted the leaf on top and added a pin back. Now I can show off my leaf. I think I might make a few more, using other punches, for gifts.
