What has, historically, typically been your DVC length of stay, in NIGHTS, per trip?

Just what the title says:

Historically, up to now, what is your "typical" DVC stay, in NIGHTS (not days) per trip.

I'm going to allow more than one choice on this, since I want to account for split stays, or different lengths for different trips (say one 3 day trip and one 10 day trip...or a 6 night split stay of 4 and 2 nights).

If anyone can point out why I SHOULD'T allow multiple choices, I'll delete this one and recreate allowing only one choice.

Being from MN, it's usually not cost effective for us to fly down for just a few days...though we have done that a couple of times.

We usually come in for 7-8 days right now. Fri-Fri, Sat-Sat OR Fri-following Sat. but we have also done Weds to Weds.

As of right now 3-4 nights is our usual stay. We live about 1 1/2 hours away so those short week/long weekend trips work best for us. I am hoping in 2010 we can do a week to 10 day stay. We are welcoming a new sibling this September, and will be banking our 2009 points until baby (and the rest of us are ready to travel with a baby) is old enough to enjoy it.

Over the years we have been 7 nights. But, with the cost of flying and stuff we have been staying 9 nights and this oct. will be 10 nights. We come at least 2 times a year for OKW.

6 is our average stay..But it could be more or less depending on what we want to get out of the trip.

I voted 5.....but that is more how I plan to use it now....

Since May 2007 1st DVC trip....

5-07...7 nights
8-07...3 nights.....2 of them weekend nights.
4-08...5 nights...Sun-Thurs...
This is how I plan to do MOST of my vacations.....but with the price of airfare.....this could change with less trips...and longer stays.

edit....I stay longer than 5 nights....I usually arrive the Thurs before and pay cash. So I can stay 1 BR more often.

We are usually there for a week + a couple days. It's our only 'flying trip' of the year.

Usually 6 nights - Saturday to Friday. So I leave the day after my last day at work (Friday) and still have 2 weekend days before I have to go back. That way I only have 1 weekend day with high points. In the past when I've been short on points, sometimes I did cash on Saturday night (same room).

As we travel from the UK we would stay for no less than 10 nights.

So far we have stayed or booked for the following

Oct 2007 - 14 nights SSR

May 2008 - 15 nights AKV & 4 nights VB

Dec 2008 - 11 nights AKV

VWL- 5 nights
VB- 4 nights

We go to WDW at least four times a year. Most of the trips are about 4 nights. At NYE we typically go for the week.

So I voted 4 days.

We always go Saturday-Saturday at WDW so I voted 7 days..but I forgot that in HH we do Sun-Fri on points and pay cash fo Fri. night.
So add another 5 nighter in to your poll.
