I used to be able to check fares for an entire week, now only the date I enter.
I used to be able to see the seats available on any flight, now I actually have to go through the booking process to see seats.
Today I can't even sign in to see if my flight is still there and not changed. I understand airlines are a bit overwhelmed right now but this happened a few weeks ago too. I was never able to sign in.
I do NOT like the new format. What has changed???

Website looks like garbage. I was just on last night and it took forever to load with constant glitches.
If you want to look at calender view click on check other dates. Their IT reminds Disneys.

Try clearing your cache. I had zero issues booking flights for September today.

You may also want to check on the app. The site is probably worse now with everyone trying to reschedule flights from all the cancellations.

JetBlue has always had a bad website. I can't tell you how many times I've had issues with it- it's much worse than Disney's website. Sorry to hear that it's gotten even worse.

I used to fly JetBlue fairly regularly but gave up on them after they canceled not only our flights, but most routes involving our city, and wouldn't give me a refund because I'd made a flight change myself before that happened. Um, no. I disputed that via my credit card company and won. So done with JetBlue.
