What has been the best deal that you've ever seen Disney offer

Hands down our trip September 3 to 8, 2009.

FREE regular dining plan, FREE upgrade from ASMu to SSR one bedroom villa, and only had to buy a one day ticket. $92.25 a night with tax, $69.73 for each ticket.

$625.36 ALL IN!

Yep we got that deal in late Aug/Early Sept... I think that was a 9 day trip. We ended up buying at SSR via DVC resale a few months later.

Those who got the Buy 4 get 3 in 2009 - what months was that running? We went in October 2009 and had free dining *reg. plan not QS - stayed at POP! It doesn't matter now but I am curious if the B4G3 had been available would it have been a better deal for us...

Ours was spring break 2009....can't remember if it was the week before or after Easter that we went though.

We used it in May 2009 but it ran from 1/4/09 - 6/27/09.

All replies have been earlier in the year. Thanks for the exact dates, looks like Free Dining was our best deal October that year.

DisneyMomma...we already had multi day no expiration tickets. In addition, we don't go to the theme parks everyday. The upgrade was due to no capacity at the All Stars, and overcapacity at SSR.

To get the free dining plan you used to only have to purchase a one day ticket per person, now it's a minimum of two days per person.

Years ago they had a deal for Florida residents where you get 4 months free if you get the yearly pass. Bought it at AAA and got a great deal.
