What happens when

We are staying at BWV and are using a town car service with a grocery stop. Our flight gets in around 10:30 am. If our room isn't ready will the resort store my groceries that need to be kept cold in a fridge? This was one of my "wake up in the middle of the night" questions.

All resort luggage rooms have refridgerator/freezers where they are able to store your perishables

I asked this question too and was told to make sure that your bags are clearly marked with your name. I guess it's easier to do if you have paper bags. We're planning on doing the same thing.

They will store your cold items in the fridge/freezer. Our last trip we had a grocery stop and were staying at Pop that night and checking into BWV the next day so we just stopped by and left our groceries at BWV. They were kept cold and the next day when we checked in they were brought out and up to our room.
