What happens to my ADR's if I decide to cancel the Dining plan??

I of course would cancel myself the ones I no longer want. But I do want two of the TS meals out of 5 I have booked. We are not 100 percent sure we are going to cancel it yet.

Nothing would happen to your ADRs. Just be sure the CM knows you want to keep them.

So my adr's wont automatically be canceled when I cancel the dining plan?

They SHOULD not be automatically be cancelled. ADRs have nothing to do with DDP; everybody makes ADRs, whether they are on the plan or not.

But I would make sure the CM knows what your intentions are. You don't want them to be overly "helpful" and cancel them to save you the trouble!
