What happens to meals after check out?

The way things are shaking out it looks like we will have 2 table service meals left each on our last day. We plan on spending the day at Magic Kingdom and would like to do breakfast at CRT before catching ME. I'm assuming we would have to check out before going to the park, but can we still use our KTTW card to access what's left on our dining plan? How does this work?

You may use your dining credits until midnight of the day that you check out.

As the pp said, yes you can still use any credits you have left as DDP credits expire at midnight of the day you check out .
