What happens if you tell one of the fairies "there's no such thing"?

First off, I'm not quite sure if this is the right section to post this question, so apologies if I picked the wrong place.

I'm just curious if anyone has tried telling any of the fairies at the parks "there's no such thing as fairies", or if they know what happens if you do say that? Would they try to stop you from saying it?

if this is something you are considering doing--please make sure there are no children around when you say something like that. You are not in the room by yourself.

My guess is that you'll get an answer along the lines of, "if there are no such things as fairies, then what am I?" from Tinkerbell, so you'd better have a good answer for her.

Another possible answer from Tink might be, "Really? Prove it!" (Good luck with that.)

And of course I wouldn't say it if there were kids around, I'm not heartless. I just watched Return to Neverland again and it occurred to me that obviously the fairies in the park aren't going to fall down dead like the movies claim...so then what would happen? Haha!

But the fairies in the park have no worries, as they are meeting and greeting people in a space that was constructed and pixie-dusted for them by Disney Imagineers, along with the help of Garden, Art and Tree Tending Fairies. It is a small bit of Pixie Hollow set down in the park, created specifically to make this interaction possible. When you meet the fairies, it is not the fairies venturing into our world. We are venturing into theirs.
