What happens if USAir goes bankrupt this month?

Just wondering as my parents have tix to visit my great aunt & uncle in February near Ft. Lauderdale.

No one knows exactly what will happen. It has been mentioned that you would be able to fly standby on another airline for $50 per ticket.
