What happens if I change how many park days I have?

We're booked in POR using a special offer and have a 6 day park ticket attached to our booking. I was wondering if I can reduce that to 2 days until after final payment and then add days before our trip, without messing up the offer we booked under?

It think you have to pay a fee if you make any changes to a package after a certain date, which I think is 30 days. The terms are included in the confirmation when you booked the package.

Ah ok. I would want to be adding ticket days after that date so hopefully it wouldn't be a problem. I'll look it up.

Technically, there is a $50 change fee if you make a change to your booking within 30 days of check-in but they typically waive it if your package price goes up. You could always drop the days and simply upgrade your tickets once you get to WDW.

That's what I was thinking of doing. Our days are staying the same. The trip length is set. Unfortunately my husband was release from a side job he was doing right after we bought our plane tickets. The budget is going to be tight up to final payment date.

We booked a 6 day base ticket and I can reduce it to a 2 day base ticket without changing the room package. So, I was thinking of doing that just to ensure we make final payment and then boost it back up again before we go. I just don't want to mess anything up.

Was your package booked prior to the February ticket increase? If so, any modifications now to the ticket portion of the package will reflect the price increase.

Also, you will only be allowed to make 2 days of FP+, until you add the 4 days back on.

That's the only way I could see you messing anything up outside of your 30 day cancellation.

No. We only booked it a couple weeks ago using a UOC I received in the mail.

And thank you for mentioning the FP issue! I didn't even think of that!

If you already had fast passes booked, then reduced your ticket (but planned to add the days back on), would you lose your fast passes you've already booked? And how would they know which days to cancel fast passes if they did?
