Comes to the DIS!!
Just thought I would share some of what DH and I experienced at Bike Week in Ocean City, MD. We went down with several other couples, including Ron and Kathy, our "bestest" friends!!!
We left early Thursday morning to head down. Got there around 2pm. Checked into the Paradise Plaza and unpacked all our luggage. Had a nice seafood buffet at the Bonfire. I love Alaskan crab legs!!!
The next several days were filled with visiting different sites that included vendors selling anything motorcycle related. Took in the beach on Saturday with DH enjoying some boogie boarding. The waves were unbelievable thanks to hurricane Igor!!!! Strolled down the boardwalk and on the beach every day. Weather was beautiful
! Later in the evenings were spent on the balcony watching bikes go by.
Sunday came way to fast, time to load up and come home. Right now I am doing my laundry and then time to wash the bike down.
Hope you enjoy the pictures!!!
Riding over the Bay Bridge heading to OC
Unloading the motorcycle trailer
Notice the boogie board in the trailer, DH was determined to bring it
Ron and Kathy on the beach
DH and I on the beach
Harley Davidson of Berlin (Ocean City)
DH with his hand on his wallet. His money tends to fly out once he hits the Kuryakyn vendor that is in front of him
Submarine paint scheme on a tank
Next two pics are man's best friend in a sidecar
Yes, you can go out in style, in a hearse pulled by a trike
This guy didn't seem to have much business, I guess biker's are not into kilts
Lots of bike cleaning going on
Check out my Fractured Prune tag, this needs no explaining
Surrey ride on the Boardwalk
The next two are Boardwalk musts, Thrasher's fries and Fisher's popcorn
No, he really wasn't drinking
DH packed the boogie board
A neat bike?? rental
Silver statue man
